    This medal measures approximately 1.4 inches in diameter. Unlike all the other WW1 Victory medals from other countries, the Japanese Victory medal doesn't feature the goddess "Victory" but instead features Takemikazuchi which is the god of war (thunder and sword) for Japan which makes this medal quite unique from those issued by other countries. The reverse of the medal says "The Great War for Civilization 1914 -1919. A wonderful addition to ant WW1 collection.
