    Southern Highland Handicraft Guild Inc.  Apple head and corn husk knitting Grandma doll.  Handmade by Mrs. Ganell Marshall in 1978.  Handwritten on the inside of the hang tag it says that the apple heads are guaranteed against mold or mildew.
