    Hello
    The hat and the WIG are not included in this listing, there for display purposes only.
    True vintage pair from the Art Deco era. They are Hat Stand Vases and would have been used in a department store to display hats wigs and you can reverse them to use as a Vase.
    They are made of glass- in good condition- no cracks- one small chip that is photographed- and several places with some soil spots that need to be cleaned a bit better.
    One is slightly taller than the other.  They measure approximately 14 and a half to 15 inches tall.  The hat display portion is five and a half to six inches wide. Depending on where you measure it.
